Shri Rajinder Kumar Gupta, Independent Director in the company, is a
graduate from Delhi University with commerce background. He also passed the
banking diploma from the Institute of Bankers, Landon in August, 1976. He was
appointed with the State Bank of India and remained with the bank for 22
years having worked in middle-management Grade-II and Grade-III and took
voluntary retirement in 1991. He was Independent Director in Medicamen
Biotech Limited, a listed company from the year 2000 onward and remained so
till 31 st December, 2015. He was always chairing the broad proceedings of the
company from time to time. He has a very thorough knowledge of accounts
and financing and had also been doing his own business in stock market. With
his all-round experience, he will be of great help to the company.
