Mr. Lalit Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and has been associated with our
Company since October 01, 2019, when he was appointed as a Finance Manager. He was appointed
as the Chief Financial Officer of our Company with effect from December 1 st , 2023, He holds master’s
degree in commerce and bachelors’ degree in commerce from IGNOU and the University of Delhi
respectively. Also, he holds Accounting Technician Certificate issued by The Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India He has approximately 7 years of experience in the finance sector.
